VIII International Scientific and Technical Conference “Solution of environmental problems in the construction industry - ESCI 2022”.
On March 16, 2022, MGSU and University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam held online the VIII International Scientific and Technical Conference “Solution of environmental problems in the construction industry - ESCI 2022”. The Conference has a great tradition of developing international scientific relations on topical issues of construction organization and property management, accumulated over the long history of meetings between scientists and practitioners of the two countries. The event was attended by professors and lecturers from 28 universities from 5 countries. From MGSU, the Conference was organized by the Department of Organization of Construction and Real Estate Management, which has been cooperating with Vietnamese Universities in the scientific, technical and educational fields for many years and annually graduates highly qualified personnel for the Vietnamese construction industry. The Conference is held for the eighth time and is based on the rich experience in creating a platform for a productive international dialogue between scientists and practitioners from Russia, Vietnam and other Asian countries. Over the years of its holding, participants from different countries presented hundreds of reports on modern and topical issues of environmental and economic justification of effective solutions in construction and real estate, environmental safety of social, transport, engineering infrastructure and other fundamental and applied aspects of the sustainable development of the construction industry. The results of scientific research presented at the Conferences formed the basis for practical solutions in the field of organizing construction and surveying of construction projects, and collections of papers were published based on the results of the work.
This year the Conference consisted of four sections:
1. Comfortable urban environment
2. Renovation of industrial zones in the context of the "green" architecture of the city
3. Increasing the attractiveness of real estate through the use of modern information technologies in" green "architecture
4. Decision-making models in the management of repair and reconstruction works of real estate objects
Greetings and thanks to the participants of the Conference were made by Vice-Rector of MGSU for Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities Alexander Tusnin, Vice-Rector of MGSU for International Cooperation Vera Galishnikova and Rector of University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City Le Van Thuong. At the end of the Conference, the Chairman of the organizing committee Head of the Department of Organization of Construction and Real Estate Management Petr Grabovy made a speech. He thanked the organizers and participants for the productive work, and expressed confidence in strengthening the development of Russian-Vietnamese scientific, practical and educational contacts.
